Up and At-Em

The cabniets are in place. Hung high for all to see! It's so crazy how much different the kitchen looks since adding new updated cabniets.

No lie, it was a shock at first. Those suckers aren't tiny by any stretch of the imagination. After some time to adjust they are looking more and more like they are right where they should be.

So lets take a gander back to how the kitchen was on closing day

Now how it currently stands

Those two long cabinets that frame the fridge are pantry style cabinets. They pull open and will house things like cereal, bread, can goods, flour, sugar, etc

The thought is it that the top cabinets will be painted white and the lower cabinets painted grey. The only snag I am having is what color to paint the fridge surround. I am leaning more towards white simply due to its magnituted and trying to keep the kitchen feeling open. I am up for suggestions though :)
